Gently wipe away with an oil-based makeup remover or use a natural oil like coconut, olive, or almond oil. Do it twice or thrice if required but be gentle on your lips at any cost. Oils can easily break down the pigment, dissolving the colour and making it easy to remove.
Line your lips with the right lip liner before applying liquid lipstick. Not only will it prevent your lipstick from bleeding but will also give a better definition to the lips.
