Wrong Shade of product received

I ordered Micro precision brow pencil in the shade deep brown but was sent gray black shade . I mailed customer care immediately but they just don’t reply . They don’t even have other source of customer care apart from mails and that too is not responsive .Usually I order from nyka but tried ordering from the site first time and face terrible experience. Please do not order from the site directly at all . Swiss Beauty customer care is pathetic they don’t deserve even a single star .
