I received a damaged product.

I received my product n when I opened it it was totally broken. The dual passport eyeshadow all over the place...totally shattered into fine powder. I even have a pic..this is v bad service...my first order and definitely my last.

I have had the worst experience with the pallet. i never thought swiss beauty will deliver broken pallet and even after many calls and complaints over mails i haven't received any response from the team. Pathetic experience and pathetic customer service!!
