You can place an order as a guest, by just providing your email address and phone number for correspondence. However, we highly recommend that you do create a Swiss Beauty account as it allows you to avail best offers.

HOW DO I SEARCH FOR PRODUCTS?

Know exactly what you want? Or perhaps you're just searching for a matte lipstick? Use our comprehensive Search box located in the upper left corner of our site to find the exact product you need or browse through the results that fit your criteria. You can enter a product name or even a partial description of the product. You can be as broad as "red lipstick" or as specific as "waterproof eyeliner."

To view the ingredients of any particular product, just click on the tab that says " Ingredients" on the product page to view the full list of ingredients.

HOW CAN I CHANGE ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER IN ORDER?

If you wish to change address or phone, you cannot change it on the website once the order is placed. However you may contact our customer service team with your change request and they shall help you out. Please note a change in address or phone number can create a delay in your delivery date.

HOW DO I CHECK CURRENT STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can review the status of your orders and other related tracking information by visiting the “My Orders” section. You can instantly see the status of a specific order and all your past orders.

  • Once the order is shipped, you can see a button "Track" which will give you more detailed information about your order status.
  • If you have placed the user as guest, you can signup/sign in using the email through which you have placed the order. You can track the order through the steps mentioned above.
  • If your order has been shipped and you are still not able to know the order status through tracking link, wait for 12 hours. In some rare cases, courier partner take up to 12 hours to activate the tracking link. Kindly check after the mentioned time frame

WHY IS MY ORDER NOT SHOWING?

You can track all your orders from the 'My Order' option in the menu. If your most recent order is not showing after successful payment, please do not worry, please check again after 10 minutes. If it still does not show contact our customer service with details of payment.

I AM HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION FOR MY ONLINE ORDER ?

If you receive an error message related to credit card authorization failure, double check that the billing address on the credit card and matches your account billing address, try re-entering your CVN or security code, and be sure that the card is current and valid. After validating the information you've entered and an error message is received a second attempt, please contact your financial institution for further assistance.

I AM GETTING A PAYMENT ERROR OR NOTHING IS HAPPENING AFTER CLICKING ON THE PAY NOW BUTTON?

We may be unable to process your order at this time because the payment processing system is unavailable.Please try again later.

On rare occasions, the issuing bank verification system or our partner online verification system is down. At these times, no authorizations or transactions can be processed. Please note that these outages can last for a few minutes to an hour. No authorizations or holds on your funds will be processed and nothing will be charged to your card. In case your account has been debited and order does not show kindly contact customer care with details to process your order.

HOW DOES THE DELIVERY PROCESS WORK?

  • Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
  • After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?

Shipping charge of INR 50 is applicable on all orders below INR 399/- (Payable), unless specified otherwise.

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

You can log in to your SWISS BEAUTY account and track your order in 'My Orders' section. We will also send you an email with the tracking details once the order is shipped.

www.swissbeauty.in is able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you'd like to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.

What to do if my order shows delivered, but I haven’t received it?

You need to report Non-Delivery of the order, within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification by emailing us at support@swissbeauty.in  or contacting us via the chat support. After 48 hours SWISS BEAUTY claims no liability.

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

Confirmed orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days. Once shipped, they'll be delivered to you within 2-7 working days. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of customers, customers shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in customers location.

ORDER CANCELLATION RELATED FAQS

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER POST PURCHASE?

An order can be cancelled only if has not been shipped yet. You will have to send us an email on support@swissbeauty.in  with reasons for the cancellation or call us on +91 8287187415 (Mon - Sat – 10:00 am to 6:00 pm), and we will help you in cancelling the order.

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order You will be notified of the same by email.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

WILL I GET REFUND FOR MY CANCELLED ORDER?

Once your order is cancelled, and the full money including shipping fees will be refunded to you within 7 working days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

But if the order is already shipped then shipping charges and cash-on-delivery charges(if applicable) are not refundable.

RETURN, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS RELATED FAQS

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED FROM SWISS BEAUTY WEBSITE?

Swiss Beauty offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 7 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in you order
You can file the return/exchange only in case of damaged/missing/wrong product.

  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (support@swissbeauty.in ) within 7 business days of receiving the order. You can also visit your order page to initiate returns.
  • Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
  • Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

CAN I RETURN PART OF MY ORDER?

Yes. A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

I HAVE BROUGHT AN ITEM AT A KEY DISCOUNT SALEEVENT ONLINE,IS IT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

All items bought on sale are final – we cannot offer any returns or exchanges on sale products.

DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE FREE GIFT WHEN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
